Karlie Zec is the owner of Tiny Tins Skip Bins, a family-owned, multi award-winning sustainable waste management company in the Illawarra.
Recently in 2024, Karlie was honored with the Business Woman of the Year and Outstanding Commitment to the Community awards at the IWIB Awards, as well as the Champion Environmental Business title at the Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards.
Over the last two years, she has raised over $400,000 for the Illawarra Community Foundation and is dedicated to providing free sustainability educational seminars to local preschools.
